BeBop allows for full integration with OKTA Groups in the BeBop MCP. You can assign Users to your OKTA groups and use those same groups to be assigned to BeBop Projects and Pods. The Users will need to have a BeBop Subscription Seat and belong to your Organization. Once groups are assigned in the MCP, you may easily control access to your Projects and Pods with groups in OKTA.

Login to your OKTA account and set up your Groups.

SSO Okta/oAuth Groups Setup

Project Assignments with Groups

1. Log in to the BeBop MCP with your Org Admin account and select Projects on the left side. Search and select the Project you want to add Users to. Go to the 'Profile' tab. Enable the check box next to 'Managed via oAuth Groups'.

2.  In the 'oAuth Groups' section enter the same name of the groups in OKTA that you would like assigned to the Project.

3. Now the groups in OKTA and in the BeBop Project are linked. Any User that is assigned to the group in OKTA will automatically be assigned to this Project.

4. Select 'Update Profile' when finished.

*Note: The User will not show up in the MCP Project Users list as 'Assigned' until they login with their SSO account. They will be automatically assigned to the Project when logged in.
