If you are experiencing a PCoIP crash consistently, BeBop may request that you send your local Teradici Logs for review.  

To collect these logs please perform the following steps:

On OSx

Go to ~/Library/Logs/Teradici/PCoIPClient

On Windows

Go to %localappdata%\Teradici\PCoIPClient\log 



2. Delete all files.

3. Reproduce the issue.

4. Copy the NEW files, zip them with a password and attach to the BeBop support ticket.

** We recommend that you password protect the zip file since it might contain some sensitive information about your session.
