You may have some issues installing the BeBop Client Application that may be solved by performing a "Clean" installation. 

Macintosh

Open your Library folder to delete the BeBop Client application. 

To locate the User's Library folder: 

2. In the menu bar, Select Go -> Go to Folder

3. Type "~/Library" in the input field and click Go.

5. Inside of it, find the bebop-client folder and delete it.

6. Open a browser and go to mcp.beboptechnology.com.

7. The latest version of the BeBop Client may be downloaded from the left side of the menu.

Windows

The Windows operating system has a built-in uninstall control panel. 

1. Click on the Windows (Start) icon on the bottom left of your local desktop.

2. Click on the Gear (Settings) symbol and then Apps.

3. All installed applications will be listed. Search or Scroll to "BeBop Client" and select Uninstall. 

4. Open a browser and go to mcp.beboptechnology.com.

5. The latest version of the BeBop Client may be downloaded from the left side of the menu.
