BeBop Notes is BeBop’s file-based asynchronous review-and-approve feature. Users who receive a Notes link can access a browser-based interface for streaming a video file. Reviewers can then control playback on the file, create annotations directly on frames, and leave timeline-based comments for creatives to utilize when making subsequent revisions.

H.264 and H.265 MP4 files with stereo audio are supported as well as .wav and .mp3.

After selecting the Notes link in your web browser and completing any required authentication, you will be presented with the BeBop Notes interface.

The General information for the Notes Link will be presented in the lefthand panel.

The running comment history is located on the right-hand side. If the timecode option is selected when commenting it will be included in the note.

Comments are tracked on the playback timeline if the option to comment at a specific time was selected. The BeBop User avatar will be represented if the commenter was logged in when commenting. You can also include annotations with your comments by selecting the annotation options at the top left of the playback.

After selecting the annotation options you can choose from various annotation tools to enhance your comment.

You can adjust the status of the review by selecting the drop down at the top right.
