After signing into Adobe Creative Cloud and launching Adobe Premiere/Photoshop/After Effects 2019, some users might see a Blank White screen.
This is due to restrictions enforced by Internet Explorer.
To fix this please follow these steps:
- Launch Internet Explorer
- Set the following:
- Goto Internet Options
- Disable Protected Mode
- Add Trusted Sites
- Add the following 2 sites:
- Save and exit Internet Options by clicking on "OK"
- Launch Creative Cloud and Sign-in
- Launch Adobe Apps
