Please complete the following check list prior to your Bebop platform deployment. If any items on this list cannot be answered or are not answered to the minimum requirement, please contact email@example.com for further help.

Network Related Items - Cont.:
|Ping test from the client connection network to the selected BeBop region. This test should be done against the SGCM in that region to establish the most accurate picture of latency that client connections will encounter.|

Please use a ping command to run the test, and then copy and paste the results to send back with the completed checklist.
|Verify who the network carrier/provider is in the location being used. BeBop should ideally have some connection to troubleshoot this and/or provide support wherever needed.|

Note: These checklist items are related to the Mac/PC workstation that the users will be utilizing to run the BeBop Client Software and connect to their BeBop workstation in AWS/GCP/AZURE
