Stereo audio is available during scrubbing and editing.
Note that playback being in stereo doesn't impact the audio in the content files you're editing or scrubbing - if the content contains 5.1 audio that's also what you're cutting or scrubbing; you're simply getting stereo on the playback on your end of the Cloud connection.
